If you have been following along, last week we reported that overall we had a down week across all of our metrics. Fortunately, this week, things are back to growing at the rates that we like to see!
For now, we will chalk it up to everyone being glued to the Olympics watching Snoop provide some smooth-as-silk commentary.
When we weren’t cheering on our fellow Americans, we were hard at work on app updates. The initial feedback on the new profile look and feel was mixed. We received some valid concerns and incorporated them into changes for the next build. We hope to have that update available later this week.
We are still diligently working to update our place provider. Locations not being searchable is a huge issue and our current provider (Foursquare) is letting everyone – including us – down. We are aiming to have the migration to Google Places completed by the end of the month if not sooner.
Thank you for sticking with us as we fix this critical issue, we know it has been frustrating.
Lastly, if you are in the Denver area this weekend, stop by the Fjällräven store on Friday night, August 9. Members of the Roll team will be present for a screening of Power Moves: The Divide. More information is below!

In June of 2021, accomplished athlete Quinn Brett, became the first documented adaptive cyclist to complete the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route, an off-road bicycle route between Alberta, Canada and New Mexico, USA.
